Job Details Position: Business Development Executive / Key Account Manager Location: Sector 63, Noida Salary: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Industry: BPM / BPO / IT Services Department: Sales & Business Development Role Category: Enterprise & B2B Sales Walk-In Interview Details Walk-In Dates: 16th May – 31st May Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Interview Address: Plot No. H-140, Sector 63, Noida HR Contact: Aakriti – 8826329906 Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Handle complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Generate revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Account Management Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers Conduct regular business review meetings with clients Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and support Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities Prepare sales forecasts, strategic account plans, and performance reports Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with presales, delivery, and product teams Ensure smooth execution and successful client onboarding Eligibility Criteria Experience: 0 – 3 Years Minimum 2 years preferred in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile Self-motivated and result-oriented professional Strong client handling and relationship management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Prior experience with enterprise clients will be an advantage Why Join Adroit Synergies?
