Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to handle customer outreach, product communication, lead follow-ups, and sales conversion for our Bulk SMS services. The candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects, explaining product benefits, maintaining follow-up records, and supporting customers through the registration and purchase process. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided calling script. Clearly explain the purpose of the call, product features, and service benefits. Connect with the relevant decision-maker or concerned person when required. Understand customer requirements and generate interest in the product/service. Guide interested customers through the registration, onboarding, and sales process. Share product information via email when requested by the customer. Follow up with interested prospects to complete registration or purchase. Maintain accurate records of customer responses and scheduled follow-up dates. Regularly update and share lead status and follow-up reports with the concerned team. Make up to three follow-up attempts for customers who are ringing but not responding. Follow established sales scripts, processes, and time-and-attendance guidelines. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development will be an advantage.
