Role Overview As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting our SDR and digital marketing teams in generating qualified conversations. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, gaining hands-on exposure to India, B2B lead generation systems, sales strategy, and outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Lead Research & Prospecting Identify potential clients across SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, consulting, and digital commerce sectors. Build targeted lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Conduct market research to understand industries, growth trends, and company profiles. Outreach & Lead Generation Execute multi-channel outreach using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Draft personalized outreach sequences and nurture prospective clients. Qualify leads based on need, authority, and intent. Sales Enablement Schedule meetings for the sales leadership team with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers. Assist in preparing decks, proposals, and follow-up communication. Maintain CRM entries and update pipeline activities. Client Interaction & Collaboration Engage with inbound leads and explain Leadzini’s services clearly. Work with SDR pods, marketing, and the founding team to refine messaging and strategies. Participate in weekly performance reviews and improvement discussions Desired Candidate Profile Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication (written + verbal) and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders. Good understanding of LinkedIn, email communication, and research skills. Ability to learn fast and adapt quickly in a startup environment. Prior exposure to B2B, SaaS, digital marketing, or IT sectors is a plus.
