We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for managing leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent follow-up capabilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company Engage with potential clients, explain services, and drive conversions Ensure timely collection of payments from customers Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service updates Coordinate effectively with the backend team to ensure timely service delivery Follow up with customers until successful completion of services Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Adhere strictly to ethical business practices and maintain professionalism at all times Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard working hours) Performance Expectations: Minimum monthly business target: ₹5,00,000 (required for base salary eligibility) The company will provide verified leads; the primary responsibility is conversion Incentives & Benefits: Additional incentive of 8% of net profit on business generated above ₹5,00,000 Core Values: Commitment to customer satisfaction Timely and quality-driven service delivery Strong adherence to ethical practices and professionalism
