Business Data Analyst

Job Description

Creme Castle is looking for a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, MIS reporting, online ordering platform management, and operational monitoring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, business data, dashboards, and operational metrics to identify trends and improve overall business performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management & MIS Reporting Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and operations trackers using Excel. Prepare accurate MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Analyse business data to identify trends, performance gaps, wastage, and cost-saving opportunities. Track key operational and business performance indicators. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. 2. Online Ordering Platform Management Manage product listings, menus, pricing, offers, and promotions on platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. Monitor order volumes, ratings, cancellations, customer feedback, and complaints. Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions. Regularly review platform performance and recommend improvements. 3. Store / Dark Store Operations Monitor day-to-day outlet or dark store operations and ensure adherence to SOPs. Track order fulfilment and turnaround time (TAT). Monitor packing quality and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Identify operational gaps and support corrective measures. Coordinate with relevant teams to improve productivity and customer experience. Required Skills Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data reporting. Good understanding of MIS reporting and business analytics. Data visualization and dashboard preparation. Business intelligence and BI tools. Basic understanding of statistical analysis and modelling. Ability to analyse operational and sales data. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
