Aashay Measurements Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making across sales, operations, manufacturing, and customer support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, creating reports and dashboards, and identifying trends that improve business performance. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management. Analyze sales, inventory, production, and customer data. Identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity. Present insights and recommendations to management. Support process improvement and business planning initiatives. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced). SQL and database management. Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation. Data analysis and reporting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ERP systems. Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations. Experience with data visualization tools. Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
