Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to handle client requirements, pre-sales activities, business documentation, and project coordination for Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Web Development services. The candidate will work with domestic and international clients, understand business needs, prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and support projects from initial discussions through delivery. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements through calls, meetings, emails, and documents. Analyze project requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, SOWs, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and project documentation. Create project estimates, timelines, milestones, and cost proposals with technical teams. Handle bidding and lead generation through Freelancer, Upwork, and similar platforms. Participate in RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and coordinate with development teams. Manage client communication, change requests, and requirement clarifications. Coordinate UAT, project handover, training, and post-launch support. Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Experience with Freelancer, Upwork, or similar platforms preferred. Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Development services. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills. Target-oriented and confident personality. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
