Job Description

Saventure Infra Tech is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, improve project efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather business requirements, optimize workflows, analyze project performance, and implement technology-driven solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience in process improvement Key Responsibilities Project & Financial Analysis Monitor project budgets and identify cost overruns. Analyze project profitability and prepare financial reports. Track billable and non-billable resource utilization. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new technologies and business initiatives. Business Process Improvement Analyze and optimize business workflows and operational processes. Document business requirements, SOPs, and process maps. Develop standardized templates for project documentation and client requirements. Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce project delays. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate meetings between business, operations, and technical teams. Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Track key business KPIs including project delivery, resource utilization, profitability, and client satisfaction. Present data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making. Digital Transformation Support implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), CRM, and ERP solutions. Assist in Business Information Modeling (BIM) data integration and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation standards. Market Research & Strategic Planning Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Identify emerging trends in construction technology, sustainable infrastructure, and smart buildings. Support management with strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Experience in infrastructure, construction, architecture, or engineering industry will be an added advantage. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
