Dhanam Investment And Finance Private Limited is hiring experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Banking or NBFC sector with expertise in asset and liability products, branch operations, team management, collections, and business development. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently. Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff across multiple departments. Drive sales and achieve branch business targets. Handle both Asset and Liability products. Manage Gold Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Personal Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Micro Loans. Oversee locker management and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with senior management on sales strategies, financial performance, collections, and operational improvements. Develop business through market research and local marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Monitor collections, recoveries, and portfolio quality. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and operational standards. Prepare branch performance reports and maintain documentation. Preferred Candidate Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking or NBFC. Experience managing branch operations and sales teams. Strong knowledge of retail lending and financial products. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Target-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.
