The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing information about services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Maintain records of customer interactions and call details. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times.
