Banking & Finance Executive

Job Description

Klj Paraflex India Limited is looking for a Banking & Finance Executive with 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, and banking operations. The candidate will manage banking transactions, financial documentation, vendor payments, and Letter of Credit-related activities while ensuring accurate records and timely coordination with banks and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day banking and finance activities. Coordinate with banks for payments, LC, BG, bank limits, and other facilities. Handle Letter of Credit documentation, amendments, and closure. Maintain records of LC, BG, security deposits, and banking instruments. Verify invoices, bills, expenses, and supporting documents. Process vendor payments according to approved terms. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor outstanding transactions. Maintain accurate financial and banking records. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments. Support the accounts team in daily financial operations.
