Job Description

All Point Solution is hiring a Bag Merchandiser for a reputed Buying House in West Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in leather bags, accessories, and footwear merchandising with a strong understanding of export processes. Candidates with experience handling international buyer accounts such as Free People and Anthropologie will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for export orders. Coordinate with international buyers, vendors, factories, and production teams. Handle product costing, sampling, order execution, and shipment planning. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards. Maintain merchandising documentation, order tracking, and buyer communication. Resolve production and sourcing issues while ensuring smooth order execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Leather Technology, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in a Buying House or Export House. Experience handling Free People and Anthropologie buyer accounts is mandatory. Strong knowledge of leather bags, accessories, and footwear. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
