Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend workflows, data accuracy, doctor onboarding, appointment coordination, and partner integrations. The role is critical to ensuring smooth platform operations, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Operations

• Manage doctor profiles, availability, consultation modes, and fees in the admin panel
• Monitor and update appointments (video consults, home visits, clinic bookings)
• Coordinate backend workflows between doctors, labs, pharmacies, and ambulance partners
• Ensure smooth referral flow and status tracking
• Maintain clean and accurate data across dashboards and internal systems
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (appointments, consults, cancellations)
• Track service performance and escalation issues
• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare / IT / Operations preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in backend operations, admin panel handling, or healthcare ops
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, admin dashboards, Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Basic understanding of telemedicine workflows (preferred)
