Job Description

Om Glass Packaging International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Process Executive to manage administrative processes, data management, documentation, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update company records, databases, and Excel sheets. Perform accurate data entry and document management. Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and business documents. Process customer orders and maintain order records. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow. Handle email and WhatsApp communications. Maintain customer and vendor databases. Track orders, payments, and dispatch details. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of documents. Provide administrative support to management and operations teams. Preferred Skills Experience in back-office operations. Knowledge of invoicing and documentation. Customer support or telecalling experience. Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage. Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. English Level: Basic English. Gender: Open to all candidates.

Key Skills
