Page One Designs Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to manage administrative operations, coordinate with clients, and support daily business activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to efficiently manage documentation, reports, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Handle daily back-office and administrative operations efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using MS Office and PowerPoint. Manage emails, maintain records, and organize important documents. Coordinate with clients through email and phone calls for new inquiries and ongoing project updates. Maintain and update databases, files, invoices, and office records. Allocate work to internal teams and follow up on project progress. Support office management activities and ensure smooth workflow. Assist in preparing business presentations and project documentation. Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company information and records. Required Skills Excellent written and spoken English communication. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Office Administration Back Office Operations Data Management File & Document Management Email Communication Client Coordination Team Coordination Information Management Time Management Preferred Skills Knowledge of any of the following tools will be an added advantage: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop CapCut Canva or other online design/editing tools Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, or equivalent preferred). 2–3 years of experience in Back Office, Administration, or Office Operations.
