Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. Explain company services and offerings to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow up with leads and potential customers. Build and maintain positive client relationships. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets Required Skills Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Client relationship management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
