Job Description

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Associate Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing healthcare staffing team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for healthcare positions, primarily for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support the recruitment team in meeting daily and monthly hiring targets

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduates (Final-year pursuing candidates can also apply)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Freshers and candidates with recruitment experience are welcome
