Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description

FTA HSRP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of field service and installation projects. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, supervise operational teams, monitor project progress, and maintain high standards of service delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operational activities. Coordinate with service engineers, field technicians, and project teams to ensure timely execution of assignments. Allocate manpower, resources, and schedules for installation and maintenance activities. Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per company standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management. Resolve operational issues and support the team in achieving performance targets. Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, project updates, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Maintain operational records, documentation, and inventory coordination. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer service. Eligibility Criteria Experience 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Field Service, Project Coordination, or Maintenance Management. Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial services environment will be preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management. Diploma holders with relevant managerial experience may also be considered.
