About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition and expand the customer base Conduct sales calls, schedule meetings, and convert leads into closures Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Maintain and update all sales activities in the company CRM system Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous follow-ups Generate revenue through existing and upcoming real estate projects Convert prospective clients, including those considering competitor offerings Provide real estate advisory for buying, selling, and leasing of properties (individuals & corporates) Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness Resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or related field Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Client relationship management expertise Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Professional and presentable personality Additional Requirements Must own a bike or 4-wheeler for client meetings Compensation Salary: Hike on last drawn salary Attractive incentives and performance-based rewards Why Join Us?
