Job Description

PlayAll Sports is looking for a proactive and responsible Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of multiple sports venues across an assigned cluster. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth venue operations, lead Venue Executives, maintain service quality, enforce company SOPs, resolve customer issues, and coordinate maintenance activities. This role requires frequent travel between venues and strong leadership skills to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple sports venues within the assigned area. Lead, guide, and coordinate Venue Executives to ensure efficient operations. Ensure all company policies, operational procedures, and SOPs are implemented consistently. Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Monitor venue cleanliness, safety standards, and operational readiness. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions. Support employee engagement, monitor team performance, and help reduce staff attrition. Conduct regular venue inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Track competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends, and provide feedback to management. Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to the Regional Manager. Travel regularly across assigned venues as per business requirements. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, sports management, facility management, or similar field operations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to make quick decisions and resolve operational issues independently. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Willingness to travel frequently between assigned venues.
