Job Description

Mathur Ugam and Associates is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, drafting, and visualization with proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD. Develop 3D models and realistic visualizations using 3ds Max. Assist in conceptual design, planning, and project development. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site engineers. Prepare design presentations, project documentation, and reports. Maintain project schedules and documentation using MS Excel. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements. Visit project sites when required to monitor design implementation. Support project execution from concept through completion. Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong knowledge of 3ds Max Working knowledge of MS Excel Architectural Design & Drafting 3D Modeling and Rendering Building Planning Attention to Detail Communication and Coordination Skills Time Management and Problem Solving Preferred Candidate Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) 0–5 years of relevant experience Freshers with strong software skills are encouraged to apply Basic English communication skills Age: 18–40 years Any Gender
