Vawe Global Technologies Private Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Aptitude Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs focused on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills. The trainer will prepare students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and corporate recruitment processes through interactive classroom sessions, mock tests, and practical problem-solving techniques. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom training on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Reasoning. Prepare students for campus placements, aptitude assessments, and competitive examinations. Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice worksheets, and mock test papers. Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and performance evaluations. Teach shortcut techniques, time management, and problem-solving strategies. Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance. Mentor students for placement interviews and online aptitude tests. Keep training content updated with current recruitment patterns and industry trends. Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and student feedback. Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude. Logical and Analytical Reasoning.
