**Job Description:** Quality Engineer / AM Quality /Quality Manager - BLDC Fan division @ Jaipur Cost of Quality Six Sigma Practitioner (Green belt)  DMAIC Methodology  PFD, PFMEA and Control Plan  Measurement System Analysis (MSA)  Process Capability  Statistical Process Control (SPC)  Correlation & Regression  Design of Experiments (DOE)  Laboratory Management System Risk Management and Change Management  Uncertainty in Measurement for Testing and Calibration  Internal auditor for LQMS  QMS (ISO 9001:2015)  Minitab for data interpretation  7 QC Tools  Process mapping  Cost of Quality We seek an ambitious Associate Manager to drive our solar division’s operational excellence, focusing on project coordination, team leadership, and client relationship management to accelerate renewable energy adoption. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily solar project workflows and team assignments. - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material deliveries. - Analyze site data to optimize solar panel layouts. - Facilitate client meetings to align project expectations. - Monitor installation quality against industry safety standards. - Prepare progress reports for senior management review. - Train junior staff on solar technology basics. - Resolve on-site technical issues with engineering support.
