AI/ML Trainer

Job Description

Vawe Global Technologies Private Limited is looking for a passionate and experienced AI/ML Trainer to conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python Programming, and Data Science. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students through real-world projects and career guidance. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Train students in Python programming, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI fundamentals. Conduct practical coding sessions and hands-on workshops. Design and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and project documentation. Guide students in developing real-world AI/ML projects. Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and project reviews. Resolve technical doubts and provide one-on-one mentoring. Train students on industry best practices and emerging AI technologies. Prepare learners for technical interviews, certifications, and job placements. Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Python Programming. Machine Learning algorithms and model development. Data Science concepts and analytics. Deep Learning fundamentals. Artificial Intelligence concepts. Data Visualization techniques. Data Analysis using Python. Experience with NumPy and Pandas. Scikit-learn for Machine Learning. TensorFlow or PyTorch. Natural Language Processing (NLP) basics. Supervised and Unsupervised Learning. Model training and evaluation. Good presentation and classroom management skills. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with Django and Flask frameworks. Knowledge of Power BI and Data Visualization tools. Experience in real-time AI/ML project development. Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience. Knowledge of Git and version control systems. Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an added advantage.
