AI Innovation Manager

Job Description

Aluminr India Private Limited is seeking an AI Innovation Manager to lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across business functions. The ideal candidate will identify AI opportunities, automate workflows, develop AI-powered solutions, and collaborate directly with leadership to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies. Design and implement AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support. Build AI-powered workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Zapier, Make.com, and n8n. Develop internal AI assistants for sales, quotations, documentation, project management, and customer support. Create prompt libraries and AI documentation for different departments. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. Work with APIs, no-code platforms, and workflow automation tools. Generate AI-based business insights, reports, and productivity improvements. Present AI implementation strategies and recommendations to leadership. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies. Required Skills Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineering Workflow Automation ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini API Integration Python (Preferred) Data Analysis No-Code Automation Problem Solving Communication Skills Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in AI, automation, or technology implementation.
