Job Description

Manju Promoters Private Limited is looking for an experienced AI Head to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to lead a team while building scalable AI applications that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the AI team while defining the company's AI strategy and roadmap. Design, develop, and deploy AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Build AI applications, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation systems. Develop and integrate APIs, LLMs, and AI models into business applications. Write, review, and optimize production-ready code. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver AI solutions. Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and code quality. Mentor developers and establish AI development best practices. Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks. Required Skills Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, Machine Learning, LangChain, and LlamaIndex. Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend systems. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
