AI Executive (Operations & Productivity)

Job Description

Candor Consulting is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI Executive to drive AI adoption across business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, workflow automation platforms, prompt engineering, and AI-powered productivity solutions. You will identify repetitive processes, implement AI-driven automation, and improve operational efficiency across teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. Work with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models to improve business productivity. Create, optimize, and maintain prompt libraries for various business use cases. Integrate AI-powered documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, and productivity tools into daily operations. Implement Document AI solutions for automated data extraction, document processing, and workflow optimization. Develop AI-assisted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation. Train internal teams on AI tools and best practices. Monitor AI implementation performance, user adoption, and productivity improvements through dashboards and reports. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, etc.). Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow optimization. Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools. Understanding of AI-powered document processing and productivity tools. Basic knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
