Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Developer to develop AI-driven solutions for industrial and manufacturing operations. The role involves predictive maintenance, computer vision, data analytics, process automation, and energy optimization to improve factory efficiency and product quality. Develop predictive maintenance models using vibration, temperature, sound, and machine sensor data. Build computer vision solutions for automated quality inspection using camera-based systems. Integrate AI solutions with existing Flow Management Systems (FMS) and factory workflows. Design data pipelines to collect, clean, process, and store manufacturing data. Develop energy optimization models to monitor power consumption and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement practical AI solutions. Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical factory staff. Required Skills Python or R TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras OpenCV and Computer Vision Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics SQL and Database Management Data Pipeline Development IoT & Sensor Integration Industrial Automation Problem-Solving Skills Manufacturing AI Applications Qualification & Experience B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on AI/Machine Learning experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good English communication skills.
