Job Description

Dhanam Investment And Finance Private Limited is looking for an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, chatbot development, backend technologies, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications. Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow automation systems. Create and maintain RESTful APIs for AI-powered applications. Integrate AI services with web and mobile applications. Fine-tune AI models and optimize prompts for improved performance and accuracy. Work closely with software developers, business teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. Monitor application performance and continuously improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability. Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in building production-grade AI applications. Knowledge of workflow automation platforms such as n8n or similar tools. Understanding of AI model deployment and optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
