Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-powered automation workflows for internal operations and client-facing applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and workflow automation. Freshers with relevant AI knowledge and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows. Create, test, and optimize prompts for AI models and LLMs. Build automation pipelines for content generation, data processing, and business workflows. Integrate AI capabilities into software products and business applications. Research and evaluate new AI tools, technologies, and automation frameworks. Monitor, maintain, and improve AI automation systems for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with product and development teams to create AI-driven solutions. Translate business requirements into AI-powered features. Document workflows and communicate AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering. Familiarity with AI automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Flowise, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of AI workflows and automation concepts. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to emerging AI technologies. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript. Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Understanding of AI agents and agentic workflows. Experience working on SaaS or B2B products will be an advantage. Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
