Discover Matrix Private Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated Admissions Counselors & Visa Coaches to guide students through the study-abroad journey. The role involves counseling students on international education opportunities, university admissions, visa processes, and career pathways. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of overseas education systems. Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities abroad. Guide applicants through university selection, admission requirements, and application procedures. Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents. Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, immigration policies, and study permits. Support students throughout the admission and visa application process. Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain applicant records. Coordinate with universities, educational partners, and internal teams. Stay updated on international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive student experience Eligibility Criteria Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. 1–5 years of experience in Overseas Education, Admission Counseling, Visa Consulting, or Student Recruitment. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in international education may also apply. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of international university admissions and immigration pathways is preferred.
