Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide and assist students with course admissions at the Italian Coffee Academy. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries, counselling students about various professional coffee courses, and converting leads into admissions. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online student enquiries professionally. Counsel students regarding courses such as Barista Training, Brewing, Roasting, and Professional Coffee Programs. Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses. Explain course details including curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities. Follow up with prospective students to ensure admission conversions. Maintain student enquiry records and admission data. Coordinate with the admissions and training team for smooth onboarding. Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets. Build positive relationships with students and parents. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any stream. 1–2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Sales, or Business Development. Experience in Education, Training, or Skill Development industry preferred. Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication.
