The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large manufacturing facilities with a workforce of 1,000+ employees and ensuring smooth administrative operations while maintaining statutory and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee complete plant administration activities. Manage safety, security, and facility operations across the manufacturing unit. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management services. Coordinate with security agencies and monitor plant security systems. Handle vendor management, contract negotiations, and service agreements. Prepare and manage administrative budgets and control expenses. Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, utilities, and office facilities. Monitor safety standards and implement workplace safety initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage administrative teams and support staff. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Minimum 25 years of experience in plant administration. Experience handling manufacturing units with 1,000+ manpower. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance requirements.
