Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office / Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling documentation, data entry, coordination, and assisting internal teams to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Handle documentation and filing work Support HR and operations team in daily tasks Manage emails, reports, and internal communication Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow Maintain office records and databases Assist in basic administrative duties as required Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word) Good typing speed and accuracy Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Communication and coordination skills Basic English understanding Ability to manage office documentation Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of Excel formulas Experience in office administration or data entry Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (if any)
