Job Description

Advit Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, tax compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and MS Excel, along with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, expenses, and journal entries. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Handle Tally entries, ledger management, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation. Prepare and maintain balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, tax returns, and other statutory compliance requirements. Assist with VAT/Sales Tax-related records and filings where applicable. Review and verify invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and supporting documents. Conduct regular checks and audits of financial records to identify discrepancies. Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of outstanding differences. Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the company’s financial position. Maintain organized accounting records for internal and external audits. Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders when required. Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines. Eligibility Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, taxation, bookkeeping, and MS Excel. Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. Professional accounting certification will be an added advantage.
