Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Description

Planet Advertising Private Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, cash flow, and financial documentation. The candidate should be capable of managing finance functions independently and coordinating with management, auditors, banks, and external consultants. Manage complete accounting and finance operations. Supervise bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and receipts. Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports. Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance. Manage bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure timely closure and finalisation of accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Review financial data and identify discrepancies. Provide regular financial reports to management. Required Skills Accounting & Finance Management Tally / Tally Prime Advanced MS Excel GST & TDS Income Tax & Tax Returns Financial Reporting MIS Reporting Cash Flow Management Budgeting & Forecasting Audit & Compliance Eligibility Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 7–12 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills. Ability to independently manage finance operations. Experience in advertising, media, creative, or service-based companies preferred.
