Accounts Executive

Job Description

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling vendor payments, and assisting with GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should possess good accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with accounting software such as Tally. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor records. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Maintain bookkeeping records and financial documentation. Prepare reports related to expenses, payments, and accounts. Coordinate with auditors and support financial audits when required. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information. Required Skills Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Working knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software. Understanding of GST and TDS regulations. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Commerce graduate candidates will be preferred. Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or finance. Freshers with accounting knowledge may also apply. Candidate Requirements Experience: 6 months to 3 years. Age: 18 to 60 years. Gender: Male/Female/Any. English: Not mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
