Homly Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Cum Office Assistant to manage daily accounting activities and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Tally, bookkeeping, accounting processes, and office administration. Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and financial reports. Handle GST-related documentation and basic taxation activities. Maintain ledgers, account statements, and financial records. Assist in bank reconciliation and account balancing. Support administrative tasks and office coordination. Manage employee documentation, onboarding, and HR records. Coordinate recruitment activities when required. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bookkeeping and accounting software. Knowledge of GST filing and invoicing. Exposure to recruitment and HR activities is an added advantage. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
