Job Description

Saventure Infra Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to develop high-quality 3D interior and architectural visualizations for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, interior space planning, and visualization software. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and clients to transform design concepts into realistic visual presentations. Key Responsibilities 3D Visualization & Design Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals. Develop interior and architectural visualizations based on design concepts. Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation layouts for client approvals. Produce detailed 3D views for residential and commercial projects. Interior Design Support Assist in space planning and layout optimization. Support furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and material selection. Prepare construction drawings and design documentation when required. Ensure designs meet client requirements, functionality, and aesthetics. Project Coordination Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts. Accompany clients during material selection and site visits when required. Maintain project documentation, design revisions, and progress reports. Site Monitoring Visit project sites regularly to monitor design implementation. Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors to resolve site-related design issues. Prepare site reports and Minutes of Meeting (MoM) after client discussions. Quality & Project Management Maintain accuracy and quality of all design deliverables. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones. Research the latest interior design trends, materials, and visualization techniques. Support end-to-end project execution from concept to completion. Required Skills 3D Visualization AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Autodesk Revit Enscape Coohom Adobe Photoshop Interior Design Rendering Space Planning Construction Drawings Material Selection Site Coordination Client Presentation Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design or Architectural Visualization. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Enscape, Coohom, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing. Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong portfolio showcasing interior and architectural visualization projects. Excellent visualization and rendering skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense. Team player with good client-handling abilities.
