2D/3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions

Job Description

TNA Events & Sports Private Limited is looking for a creative and skilled 2D/3D Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event, exhibition, stage, or experiential design and should be able to transform client briefs and concepts into attractive, realistic, and production-ready 3D designs. Key Responsibilities Create 3D designs and realistic renders for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate setups. Design event stages, entrance gates, exhibition stalls, lounges, photo-op areas, registration counters, branding installations, and other event elements. Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, references, venue layouts, and project requirements. Create detailed 3D models, lighting, materials, textures, and high-quality renders. Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, and basic working drawings when required. Make design revisions based on feedback from clients, production teams, and project managers. Coordinate with the production and fabrication team to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and executable. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality. Required Skills Strong knowledge of 3D Modelling and Designing. Proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Good command of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW. Understanding of lighting, materials, textures, rendering, scale, and proportions. Ability to interpret dimensions and create production-friendly designs. Strong creative and visual design skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage: Event Design Exhibition Design Stage Design Brand Activations Experiential Design Event Fabrication & Production Candidate Profile 1–2 years of relevant experience in Graphic, 2D/3D, Event, Exhibition, or related design roles. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to convert ideas into compelling visual concepts. Good understanding of practical execution and fabrication requirements. Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight timelines. Portfolio of previous 2D/3D design work is required.
