Job Description

Job Summary Alliance Recruitment Services LLP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and supporting various HR operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong recruitment knowledge, and the ability to hire quality talent across multiple industries and functions. Key Responsibilities Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality hiring standards. Support HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HR records. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and HR procedures. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. 1–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Good knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR practices. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in consultancy or recruitment agency hiring. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment. Target-oriented with excellent time management skills.
