Telesales Executive

Job Description

Decorum Furniture is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle and convert leads generated through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their furniture requirements, promoting the company's products, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with leads generated through Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities. Schedule meetings or showroom visits for interested clients. Achieve sales targets and conversion goals. Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities. Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities. Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales Education: 12th Pass or Above Language: Good Communication Skills in Hindi and English Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in furniture, interior, home decor, or related sales will be preferred. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
