Job Description

Hindustan Compupherals is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Telemarketing Manager to lead business development and client acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, promoting IT hardware and software solutions, and achieving sales targets through telemarketing, email marketing, and digital outreach. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through telemarketing, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities. Identify and qualify prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service contracts with clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers. Explain technical specifications, software features, and hardware capabilities in a simple and professional manner. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. Technical Knowledge Computer Hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, Storage Devices) Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS Software Licensing & IT Solutions Networking Fundamentals Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or Business Development. Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Basic English communication skills. Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
