Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Explain products and services to customers effectively. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures. Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass and above. Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.
