Team Leader – Insurance & Mutual Fund Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive a high-performing Insurance & Mutual Fund Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in BFSI sales, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the telesales team. Drive Insurance and Mutual Fund sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue generation. Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent client service. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS. Conduct team training sessions and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and productivity. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. 3–6 years of experience in Insurance, Mutual Fund, or BFSI Sales. Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
