Job Description

Bright Future Education is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain educational programs, and assist them throughout the admission process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Explain courses, programs, and admission procedures. Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions. Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment processes. Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
