Job Description

NVS Immigration Solutions is looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while assisting customers with immigration and visa services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs. Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Provide guidance regarding PR, Study Visa, Work Permit, Visitor Visa, and other immigration services. Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth application handling. Keep clients informed about their application status and process updates. Maintain client records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Sales, counseling, telecalling, or client relationship experience preferred. Basic knowledge of immigration and visa services is an added advantage.
