NVS Immigration Solutions is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through various immigration programs and providing professional consultation regarding visa and immigration services Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings. Explain immigration programs, visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Provide guidance for PR, Work Permit, Study Visa, Visitor Visa, and other immigration services. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth case handling. Keep clients updated regarding their application status.
