Job Description

Ugrasen Solar Energy Private Limited is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, promoting solar energy solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms. Connect with potential customers and explain company products and services. Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solar energy solutions. Schedule appointments and site visits for the field sales team. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers. Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding. Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
