We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to oversee Collections & Recovery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily team activities, achieving recovery targets, handling client communications, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Collections & Recovery team. Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets. Monitor team productivity, performance, and quality standards. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Analyze collection trends and implement recovery improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations. Handle operational escalations and resolve issues effectively. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Eligibility Criteria Graduate or above in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Operations, or Team Management. Experience in UAE Collections & Recovery processes will be preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of collection and recovery targets. Team productivity and performance management. Client satisfaction and retention. Compliance and quality adherence. Reduction in delinquency and improvement in recovery rates Working Details Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week Gender: Open to All Incentives: Not Applicable
